This pillow, designed by Sam Baron and hand made in Italy exclusively for Fair Folks & a Goat, is part of a suite of pieces which debuted during ICFF 2011, in a full room conceptual installation entitled "Room for Two." Each piece reads in French, spelling out a turn of phrase that relates to connection and conversation. "De Temps en Temps" translates to "From Time to Time" in English.
"Room for Two" looked something like this: An urban tale of nature and baroque awaits within the walls of a beautiful Manhattan mansion. Sam Baron and Fair Folks & a Goat, with the collaboration of graphic designer Catarina Carreiras, present an exquisite curtain of linen with a suite of coordinating pillows and room styling to elevate the senses and welcome the warmer months. Filtering Spring rays of light through familiar French expressions, these gallicisms come from across the sea, and are formed by an outburst of flowers that speak to the flavors of life, love and family.
